Our Website Development Process
1. The client sends us:
a. A site map
b. Completes a short questionnaire on the style of the site they require
2. We send back a link and access to our content system with the site map created and the client uploads the relevant content for each page
3. Once all content is received we build two mockups/templates for the client to choose and sign off the site design template. Once this design template is signed off by the client no further changes will be made to it. If the client does require further work to the design template later in the project it will be billed at the quoted hourly rate.
4. When a design template is chosen the site is built and we switch on:
a. WP feedback for the client to leave their feedback
b. We also switch on Live Editor to allow the client to make changes themselves
5. The client tells us when all feedback is completed and we switch off WP feedback and complete the revisions
6. When revisions are complete we switch back on WP Feedback and ask the client for their feedback for the second a final revision.
7. When the client has confirmed all feedback is received we make the final revision. Any revisions after this point will be charged at the quoted hourly rate.
8. The client approves the site and we put it live.
